JACOB GATTI

LABOR RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE

Jacob Gatti is a labor relations representative at KC Law Group, where he supports the firm’s labor and employment practice.

Jacob currently serves as a police officer with the Barstow Police Department, where he has investigated a wide range of cases, including narcotics, traffic-related crimes, and homicide. He is a member of the department’s recruitment team, crisis negotiation team, and Honor Guard, and he has also served as a School Resource Officer. Before joining the Barstow Police Department, Jacob graduated at the top of his class as the Top Honor Student of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Academy Class #226.

Jacob proudly served in the United States Army as a military police officer, achieving the rank of sergeant. During his service, he conducted dignitary protection and security operations for the President, Vice President, and other high-ranking officials. He also served on the West Point Honor Guard.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jacob is an active member of his agency’s police officers’ association, contributing in the areas of social media, negotiations, and fundraising.

Jacob is supported by his family and remains deeply involved in his church and community. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and plans to enroll in law school in the near future.
